Holder Still Holding Out

Nearly two (2) years have passed since Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed by guns provided to drug lords through our federal government.  You will note that, to date, there has been absolutely no punishment of any individual within the Department of Justice for this atrocity.  Eric Holder, the guy who is supposed to make us safe by establishing the rule of law, has openly refused to supply requested documents which would indicate the individuals responsible for permitting this atrocity.  Supreme Legal Eagle Holder has repeatedly refused to apply and defend countless laws in the United States and now openly thumbs his nose at a Congressional Subpoena.  As a result, he was held in contempt, yet, still serves at the President's pleasure.  Surely, he'll turn over the documents now right?  Wrong.  The House has been forced to file suit to enforce its subpoena through the courts.  The irony is that morons like Nancy Pelosi have the audacity to claim that the House, by enforcing it's powers and the flipping LAW, is somehow wasting tax dollars... because Holder refuses to follow the law.  I know.  It makes no sense.  Honestly, even as a liberal, why would you allow someone to run your party who is so incompetent and boldy dishonest?!  So what if she votes the way you'd like her to, she makes the entire group seem utterly insane.

Terry was killed in December 2010 in a gun fight with bandits who had crossed the U.S.- Mexico border. Two of the weapons recovered at the scene were part of Fast and Furious, an Obama administration operation that was supposed to try to track guns being sold to Mexican cartels, but which lost track of the weapons, allowing thousands to stream across the border.

 Two things to note...  This is "THOUSANDS" of weapons we are talking about.  It took two (really only one) to result in the death of officer Terry.  How many more are going to die from the other "unaccounted for" guns?  Secondly, we need to expand on the idea that the guns were "lost track of."  That's not really accurate.  In reality, we are told that the federal powers running this operation specifically ordered that we ignore the gun's movement.  The D.O.J. / BATFE put guns into the hands of murdering scum and specifically told agents to shut up when they protested the idiocy of the act.  Moreover, they told them not to follow or track the weapons.  And when they blew the whistle?  They threatened, demoted and punished them.

Fast and Furious is so "special" because it utilized “uncontrolled delivery,” whereby the criminals were essentially allowed to drop off the map. Moreover, the operation wasn't conducted with the cooperation or knowledge of the Mexican government.  Splendid.

Also, as we all know, the TSA is utterly and absolutely worthless.  Yesterday (or somewhere there abouts) an individual swam up to a fence, climbed over it and sauntered past a $100 Million "super-duper high tech" monitoring system.... all the way past the candy cane forest and right into the airport...  No, this isn't fiction.  It's TSA at its finest.  Good job TSA!  You deserve more of our tax dollars!!!  I'm so glad you fondle our junk.  That way, at least we know we are getting some return on our money.

Fast And Furious- Creating More Fury

Eric Holder is a liar.  That is not something you should say openly about the Attorney General of the United States of America but I can interpret this story as nothing less than intentional, blatant disregard for the truth; which, to me, is lying.  Supreme Legal Eagle, Eric Holder, who knows nothing about nothing when it comes to his department (or what lead to border patrol agent, Brian Terry's death), recently said that emails specifically referencing "Fast and Furious" have nothing to do with Fast and Furious / Brian Terry but rather another program called "Wide Receiver."

Unfortunately for Mr. Holder, the email states that it IS referring to "Fast and Furious" in addition to "Laura's Tuscon Case [a.k.a. Wide Receiver]."  Moreover, it makes references (plural) in the same sentence to both Fast & Furious and Wide Receiver which are separated by only one word, "AND."  So to say that "Fast & Furious" means "Wide Receiver," these guys would actually have to be saying- We're worried about Fast & Furious and that Fast & Furious case.  That makes no sense right?  Neither does Eric Holder's statement unless he's intentionally lying to misled Congress.

Why is this relevant?  If it's not obvious to you by now, you should go put your head in an oven.  It is relevant for a fistful of reasons.  The first of which being that it helps prove upper echelon people in the D.O.J., headed by Mr. Holder, knew about and likely approved of the tactics used in Fast & Furious.  Mr. Holder has testified that he did not know about Fast & Furious until after the Terry shooting incident and that he disapproved of the tactics used.  The referenced emails clearly indicate otherwise.

Voter Fraud Revisited

Voter Fraud is prevalent throughout the United States and in greater numbers than anyone wants to admit.  Voting is the fundamental reason why common citizens (you, John Q. Public) feel like they have a say in Government.  The great majority of people will never run for office but most of us will vote.  If you undermine that, you undermine the entire country.  So why would anyone resist efforts to purify the voting process?  Because if you can't win legally you might as well cheat.

In the state of Florida alone, there were as many as 53,000 deceased individuals still on the voting records who could have cast ballots from beyond the grave (because no one checks photo ID's at the time of voting...remember?).  There are also nearly 200,000 people registered to vote in the state illegally. Florida has a population of roughly 19 million individuals, so that 53,000 number seems like a small percentage.  Until you realize that the entire U.S. presidency came down to less than 1,000 votes during the 2000 elections.  So, you see, Mr. Holder, there is voter fraud and it is a problem.

Crazy Is The New Normal

We have a running theme around here about how crazy the world is. (See). But there are some countries that really typify the insanity. Usually, they are far flung places like:

North Korea: where they plan to launch long range missiles which are capable of carrying nuclear warheads. And, because missiles aren't always labeled accurately (sarcasm), there's no way for the international community to know if the North is trying to launch satellites or to practice sending up nukes... or actually sending up nukes... Part of the confusion might be the fact that North Korea has said they will detonate a third nuclear bomb as part of a "test"... around the time they send up the new long range missiles. So Japan and the U.S. plan on shooting down any big rocket that goes up. North Korea is super angry about that and has planned "merciless retaliation." [Meaning they plan on throwing a hissy-fit and then getting their rears handed to them by Japan, South Korea and the good ol' U.S. of A. if they are dumb enough to actually send artillery into the South.]

Then there's places like Iran. Iran, is very much crazy. So much so, that they skew the "crazy" bell-curve so far right that things like modern day imperialism seem pretty mundane (e.g. the Falkland Island dispute between Argentina and the U.K.).

Invasive Living

The concept of privacy is dying. If you want proof, check out this article regarding the CIA and your t.v. set. Smart devices provide excellent little bread trails about your activities. (When you get home, what you're interested in, etc., etc., etc.) So the Federales want to use those devices for espionage.

If that doesn't get your dander up, at least a little, then THIS might. POTUS has issued some sort of martial law related executive order for assessing apocalyptic preparedness... and ensuring there are sufficient resources to stifle any domestic concerns.

That wouldn't be sooo bad (the same order, essentially, has been around for years) if our Government didn't have a history of taking things a little too far in terms of control. See Interment Camps.

When viewed in conjunction with stories like this you can see why people are getting a little nervous about federal authority. Attorney General Eric Holder (the guy whose department bought a gun, sold it to drug lords and then allowed those same drug lords to kill a U.S. border patrol agent... with the gun we sold them... and then claimed that U.S. citizens were the one's selling guns illegally to drug lords) is extremely anti-gun. So much so, that he had commercials created so we could "brainwash" kids into hating firearms. That's right. Instead of teaching citizens about their rights and how to exercise them responsibly, he'd rather you just completely fore go those rights all together... by brainwashing you. Probably not the best choice of words Eric.

And then there's the TSA. As much as we talk about the TSA you would think some of this stuff is made up. Sadly, it isn't. The Transportation Security Authority really is that bad.

This past week they actually made a wheelchair bound child go through an "enhanced" pat-down. His parents were not permitted to be with the child during the "professional" molestation.

Another TSA worker was recently indicted on federal child pornography charges. But that doesn't reflect on the TSA or their hiring process...

Yet another TSA worker was arrested with a boatload of heroin packaged for street sale. Seems like a solid group of folks over there at the TSA. No wonder Orlando wants to kick them out of their airports.

Voter Fraud

Literally.

The United States Department of "Justice," run by Supreme Legal Eagle, Eric Holder (the same guy associated with the "fast and furious" program that killed a U.S. Citizen/Border Patrol Agent) has successfully prevented Texas and South Carolina from combating illegal voting.

Eric Holder and the DOJ have said that requiring photo-identification for voting purposes is "discriminatory" towards minorities. The reasoning goes something like this, because illegal aliens can't get photo identification easily / legally (that's a joke because they can) and because those individuals are often minorities, then the law(s) are racist. Or some other illogical gibberish along those lines. Honestly, it takes a matter of minutes to get an I.D. and we've had this discussion before. So how can requiring photo I.D. be a racial issue? Politics. That's the only explanation. In the end, if you are not competent enough to get a state issued photo I.D., you really shouldn't be permitted to vote. Either that or the DMV needs a serious revamp (an entirely debatable point... I would be more likely to concede to the NAACP and DOJ on this point but they choose to go with Racism instead so here we are...)

So, instead of focusing on the very real concern of voter fraud, our Department of "JUSTICE" [***] has decided to fight states seeking to protect the integrity of our most fundamental right... and in the process, diluting your ability to effectively participate in government. Here's a quote from the story that I found interesting:

Proponents of such legislation say the measures are aimed at combating voter fraud. But advocacy groups for minorities and the poor dispute that and argue there is no evidence of significant voter fraud. (emphasis added)

Oh really? What about this... or this... or this... or this... or.... You get the point.

Perhaps it is stories like the one above, in combination with the economic ice age (brought about largely by the current administration's policies), that has lead to POTUS's approval rate dropping precipitously.

*** "Justice" herein refers to a department apparently driven by political motivation and primarily concerned with drumming up political support for politicians currently looking terrible in the political arena but still seeking to retain political office through quasi-legal political voting systems. Justice, as used supra, shall not be confused with upholding the actual laws of the United States but, rather, should impart a feeling that the term involves re-interpreting judicial decisions under a set of contexts which are neither applicable nor relevant and, further, for the express purpose of nullifying actual voting "law(s)" as enacted by the people of the respective states.

ERIC HOLDER HAS A UNIQUE CONCEPT OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Not only does the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of POTUS' Administration not know what his department is doing, or when it is doing it, or how it is doing it, but more than two (2) years after the ATF's actions lead to the death of a border patrol agent, he still hasn't bothered to figure it out... To top it off, not one single person has been disciplined for Operation Fast & Furious. Not. One.

Attorney General Eric Holder recently testified that there were some "changes" made but no... no discipline for the death of a U.S. citizen. Two years after the fact. Nothing.

Here are his words, as if the term "as yet" indicates justice will be done... more than two years later. Maybe even three years later? Or ten? How long until we actually discipline someone Mr. Holder?

"No I have not as yet -- as yet," Holder said when questioned by Issa on the matter. "There have been personnel changes made at ATF. We obviously have a new U.S. attorney in Arizona. We have made personnel switches at ATF. People have been moved out of positions."

Very true, some people were moved, and then Mr. Holder praised them for their good work. What a peculiar sense of accountability he must have. A man died and two years after the fact NO-ONE has been disciplined for the program that directly contributed to Brian Terry's death. And yet, somehow, Holder believes he is competent in the administration of his office.

Holder Did Know About Gun Runner, Fast & Furious Program

Attorney General and Supreme U.S. Lawyer, Eric Holder, testified (UNDER OATH) that he wasn't really sure when he heard about the Fast and Furious, Gun Runner Project, but believes he heard about it recently. Like, in the past few weeks.

Turns out, it was actually back in July of 2010 and we can prove it (and may have been even earlier as documents are still coming to light). So before anyone was killed, he knew. Other high-ups discussed the project and actually had the incredible depth of stupidity to think that the American public would think allowing guns into the hands of violent criminals was a good idea. Let me clear it up in case there is any future doubt: We do NOT think it is a good idea. What about a buy/bust operation? Maybe. That's a significantly different scenario. However, allowing thousands of guns to "walk" into Mexico without any real supervision or follow up... gee, that seems... let's say, "un-smart." I mean it could get someone killed couldn't it? When its all said and done, ask yourself this question: Why is the chief law enforcement officer of the United States of America testifying inaccurately about the biggest issue of his career? Did the facts just slip his mind? Did he not prepare for the hearing? I thought an attorney's entire job was to be over-prepared.

In the meantime, Supreme Big Sister, Janet The Mighty Napolitano, is telling us that American Citizens are the source of weapons in Mexico (while ignoring internal cables which actually show the majority come from south America where they are cheaper, easier to purchase in bulk and involve less attention by government... but we should ignore that. I mean Mexican gangs just love that "Made in Romania / China But Bought Through The USA" stamp don't they? I'd pay a premium for that stamp, wouldn't you?).
